My Story.
My Mission.
Ronaldo is a change agent with a strong ability to bring optimal results to anything he is a part of.
His leadership expertise is routinely sought after due to his proven track record of getting things done. His personal mission statement for his life is to change the world by building people who will change the world.
As a people builder, his influence and guidance have moved people from the frontline to the corner office, and has helped entrepreneurs increase their bottom line exponentially. He is a seasoned executive, spending more than fifteen years in leadership, and nearly a decade as President and CEO of multiple financial institutions. He is also the Founder and Lead Pastor of Love Alive Church, which is one of the fastest growing churches in his community.
His love for people and positive change have made him a highly sought out speaker and consultant for multimillion and multibillion-dollar companies all over the nation. His strategies for success are proven, and will help to improve any individual or organization he encounters.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He also holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Education with a concentration in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University.
The Pastor

The Artist
I began my career in music as a worship leader. I have since expanded my music platform to focus on musical activism. In other words, I desire to challenge people’s thoughts and actions by creating music that leads to change. Check out my recent EP here: add the links to all musical platforms.

I have had the privilege of leading multiple organizations as CEO. My introduction the corner office came through Shell Geismar Federal Credit Union, and I have most recently served as CEO of Southwest Louisiana Credit Union. My results in each role are included below.

November 2011 – September 2016
Key Accomplishments include:
Increased total assets by 24.6% in four years, while maintaining a net worth ratio of 11.55%
Increased total membership by 55.7% in four years
Increased total loans by 20% in four years
Increased non-interest income by 30 basis points in four years
Implemented organizational restructure and established the Executive Management team resulting in improved efficiencies
Established new organizational culture focused on employee development and increased member satisfaction
Developed and executed a re-branding strategy to enhance the credit union’s image, and narrow the strategic focus
Negotiated and executed a successful merger with Agrico Chem FCU resulting in the addition of 874 new members, 4.1 million in assets, 1.87 million in loans, and a full-service branch location
Led the organization through core, home banking, bill pay, and debit card conversions
Led organizational turnaround to improve asset quality, camel rating, and profitability
Planned and oversaw the expansion and renovation of our Main Office location
October 2016 – Present
Increased ROA from 58 basis points to 124 basis points in 25 months
Increased total assets by 8.3% in 26 months while maintaining a net worth ratio of 14.85%
Led organizational turnaround to include a re-org of the Executive Team, and implementation of a new corporate culture centered on innovation, learning, and community connection
Increased loan to share ratio by 15.96% and total loan portfolio by 25% in 25 months, while also decreasing net charge-offs
Increased net income by 111% in 25 months
Increased total membership by 5.9% in 25 months
Increased non-interest income by 42 basis points in 25 months
Implemented marketing, branding, and digital strategies that increased product and market penetration, and were recognized statewide and nationally as best in class
